In accordance with FINA guidelines and recommendations spectators, fans may attend the World Masters Championships taking place in Budapest and Balatonfüred between 7 and 20 August free of charge.

For safety considerations and high level conduct of events preliminary registration will be required at highly frequented venues and for highly attended events.

In line with Hungarian sports traditions water polo events will be staged in Hajós Alfréd Swimming Stadium between 7 and 13 August. This venue is among those where preliminary registration is obligatory. Increased interest is also guaranteed due to the registration of 120 teams, especially the one called Millenium composed of former one, two and three-time Olympic champions as well as the European and world champion women’s nation team.

Another key venue is Duna Arena hosting swimming events between 14 and 20 August.

Preliminary registration is required in these two venues through the official World Championships website at eventim.hu. The registration process in this case is the same as a „standard” ticket purchase process.

Registration will be open from 1 August.

Registration tickets shall be presented at the entrance (electronic tickets presented on the phone are also accepted).
