Happy Baby Water Ball

The HaBaWaBa (Happy Baby Water Ball)

Festival was created by the non-profit Waterpolo Development with a unique mission: to spread the love for water polo across the 5 continents and, together with it, the noble values of sport and coexistence.
Since the first Festival took place in Italy in 2008, the event has grown immensely the
becoming the world’s largest water polo Festival for kids, with editions now in North
America, Greece, Spain, Asia, Belarus, and Brazil.

After 12 years in a row of International Festival in Italy, the 2020 event was finally
canceled in light of the pandemic.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the event, Marin tackles this new edition of the
HaBaWaBa Spain more excited than ever: “After a season marked by coronavirus, we
are hopeful that by Easter 2021 we will be able to welcome teams from Spain and all over
to the Festival. Tarragona, PortAventura Park and the Sylvia Fontana Olympic pool
make a perfect combination.”
